About the Role

Our Senior Program Director will lead program management across Oxa Autonomy's portfolio. Responsibilities include setting the standard for program management, ensuring processes are fit for purpose, roadmaps are up-to-date, resources are well-managed, dependencies, risks, and issues are actively managed, and re-planning efficiently when dates and circumstances change.

They will also prepare plans, roadmaps, and other program management materials, seek out program gaps through quantitative methods and intuition, take ownership, and iterate quickly with appropriate teams to come up with a joint solution.

Requirements

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience of program management in large-scale, complex domains.
  • Program managing complex software delivery work with physical aspects, such as hardware integration and procurement.
  • Setting standards and defining processes for program management in an organisation.
  • Actively managing plans, re-planning, and resolving resource conflicts.
  • Bridging program management between the organisation and third parties.
  • Managing plans that need to change.
  • Ability to balance rigour and pragmatism.
  • Ability to build program processes.
