Job Title: Director of Co-Curriculum

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director of Co-Curriculum to lead and manage the development of our co-curricular program.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of commitment to and an understanding of co-curricular activities, along with experience of managing, coordinating and developing the work of teaching and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive co-curricular program that aligns with the school's strategic objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver co-curricular activities and programs
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and deliver co-curricular programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of co-curricular programs and make recommendations for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to enhance co-curricular opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing co-curricular programs
  • Strong understanding of co-curricular activities and their importance in student development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external partners
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative co-curricular programs
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
