Academic Program Director

Oxford Saíd Business School is seeking an experienced and dynamic Programme Director to lead the Executive MBA (EMBA) programme.
About the RoleThis key role will work closely with the Associate Dean, Academic Director, and faculty to ensure that the programme's learning objectives are met and that students experience a world-class education.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Associate Dean and the School's Rankings Manager to manage annual rankings submissions, ensuring accurate and timely data reporting.
- Work across departments to oversee all aspects of programme planning and delivery, ensuring the highest standards of excellence.
- Deliver a world-class programme, advocate for it with stakeholders, oversee recruitment strategy, manage international projects, and lead the School's response to EMBA rankings.
- Ensure the programme meets both quality and diversity standards and achieves financial targets.
In collaboration with the School's leadership, the Programme Director ensures academic policies and standards are upheld.
They help shape the learning objectives, work closely with faculty to ensure programme coherence, and engage in the development of new programmes and initiatives.
ManagementBuilding strong relationships with faculty and stakeholders, the Programme Director ensures effective communication across senior leadership and responds to student feedback.
They provide pastoral and professional support to students, engage with corporate clients, and promote the programme to external organisations.
CollaborationCollaboration is key, as the Programme Director will work with senior management, academic departments, and external organisations.
They will help shape the culture of the School's administration and collaborate across teams to ensure the integration of the EMBA with other programmes.
Working with the Career Development team, they will ensure coaching and skill development opportunities for students, while managing the programme budget.
