Academic Programmes Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our academic programmes, driving excellence and innovation in education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for academic programmes, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.
- Lead a team of programme managers, providing guidance and support to deliver high-quality educational experiences.
- Cultivate partnerships with academic departments, faculties, and external organizations to enhance programme offerings.
- Design and deliver graduate-level academic programmes, leveraging expertise in curriculum development and teaching.
- Engage in fundraising, reputation-building, and ambassadorial activities to promote the organisation and its mission.
- Collaborate with the Oxford Sanctuary Community to advance Oxford's goals within the UK Universities of Sanctuary network.
Requirements:
- PhD or Master's degree with significant research and academic experience.
- Proven experience in designing and leading graduate-level academic programmes.
- Excellent team and programme management skills, with a track record of delivering high-quality educational experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
