Academic Programmes Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage our flagship academic programmes, including RSC Pathways, RSC Foundations, and Graduate Horizons. As Director of Academic Programmes, you will be responsible for cultivating inclusive learning environments for affiliates from diverse backgrounds and stages of their academic and career journeys.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement programmes that are relevant, rigorous, and culturally-responsive
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality academic experiences for over 100 countries
- Collaborate with the Oxford Sanctuary Community to advance the University's goals within the UK Universities of Sanctuary network
- Develop institutional leadership and engage in fundraising, reputation-building, and ambassadorial activities
- PhD or Master's degree with significant research and academic experience
- Proven experience in designing and leading graduate-level academic programmes
- Excellent team and programme management skills, with experience in teaching and facilitating diverse cohorts of learners
