The College School seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of its co-curricular programs. As the Director of Co-Curricular Programs, you will play a key role in shaping the school's approach to extracurricular activities and ensuring that they align with the school's mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive co-curricular program that meets the needs of students and supports the school's mission and values.
  • Work closely with teachers, staff, and students to design and deliver co-curricular activities that promote academic, personal, and social development.
  • Collaborate with the Extended Leadership Team to develop and implement whole school strategies that support the co-curricular program.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff and students to ensure the successful delivery of co-curricular activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the co-curricular program and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in leading co-curricular programs or similar roles.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to the school's mission and values.
