Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at our Nottingham Grosvenor Casino. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing team to provide a first-class food and beverage experience for our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in a food and beverage operation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field (e.g., NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality).
