We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Team Leader at Thoresby Hall Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage professionals to deliver outstanding customer service and drive business growth.
  • Work closely with the Food and Beverage Managers and other Team Leaders to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement changes to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and external partners to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
