Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our Nottingham Grosvenor Casino team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional food and beverage services that meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to provide seamless food and beverage services that meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and implement changes to drive business results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a food and beverage leadership role, preferably in a hospitality or gaming environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, and ability to maintain high standards.
