Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Team Leader to join our team at our Nottingham Grosvenor Casino. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional food and beverage services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of staff to deliver exceptional food and beverage services to customers
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability
  • Ensure that all food and beverage services are delivered to the highest standards of quality and presentation
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading a team in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Experience of working in a food and beverage operation, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
