Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Host to join our team at the Barracuda. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring exceptional customer service, and presenting our menus confidently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
  • Presentation of menus and drinks, promoting our food and beverage offerings
  • Upselling and suggestive selling to increase sales and revenue
  • Working collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and prioritiesKnowledge of food and beverage service standards and proceduresPrevious experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or gaming industry
