Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism.
- Provide refreshments to guests as needed.
- Prepare meeting rooms by ensuring they are tidy and well-equipped.
Facilities Management:
- Coordinate with cleaning staff to maintain office cleanliness.
- Address maintenance issues by reporting them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure communal areas are organized and well-stocked.
Supply Management:
- Monitor and order kitchen and office supplies regularly.
- Conduct inventory checks for stationery and other materials.
- Manage the recycling and disposal of office materials responsibly.
Onboarding Support:
- Prepare workspaces for new employees, including necessary supplies.
- Facilitate orientation sessions for new team members.
Daily Operations:
- Serve as the primary contact for incoming and outgoing deliveries.
- Handle daily mail and postal services.
