Job Overview

Fruition IT is seeking a skilled EUC Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing EUC platforms, implementing new technologies, and ensuring a high-quality, trusted service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide operational support and management of the EUC estate, ensuring seamless delivery of services to end-users.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our EUC services and related policies, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical changes, support projects, and enhance the experience for our clients and colleagues.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring adherence to relevant security and IT policies, protecting our clients' sensitive data.
  • Deliver innovative EUC solutions, enhancing our technology offering across our client base.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11, Office 365, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune, with a proven track record of troubleshooting technical issues and managing Office 365, Intune, and VDI solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Certification, demonstrating expertise in EUC solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Autopilot, and PowerShell scripting, enabling the development of innovative EUC solutions.
  • Experience with Qualys, a leading security and compliance platform, ensuring the highest standards of security and risk management.
