About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Workplace Designer to join our team at Privasec, a Sekuro Company. As a key technical leader in our Infrastructure Design Team, you will play a crucial role in providing group-wide direction and technical planning for our Client's SOE and Productivity & SOE design and delivery globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical design leadership, advice, and support to our Technology Management Teams in relation to our Client's EUC/Productivity practices.
  • Mentorship and Knowledge Transfer: Mentor other staff members and transfer technical knowledge to other technology team members and into the business units as required.
  • Design and Implementation: Design and implement an environment where the user experience is consistent across all devices, regardless of whether they are using Windows or non-Windows desktops or devices.
  • Operational Management: Provide solutions to a variety of technical problems of varied scope and complexity, and service ownership for SOE development and standards globally.
  • Governance and Risk: Ensure our Client's compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and support our Client's assurance programs that deliver effective risk management and compliance practice.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong experience as an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer/Senior Engineer or Lead role, with experience designing/supporting O365 Productivity environments.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical, management, and deployment skills in Windows environments, including SOE, application packaging, and GPO, as well as experience in MacOS environments.
  • Cloud and Security: Experience with Microsoft Identity management with Azure AD, conditional access, MAM, and Azure Information Protection, as well as experience with Endpoint Management Solutions (SCCM, Intune).
  • Collaboration and Communication: Strong skills in collaboration and communication, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
