  • Attend to the clinical care requirements of our service users, including personal care, moving and handling, and clinical interventions.
  • Support service users in enjoying activities they love, such as community outings, hydrotherapy sessions, and social events.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care and support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and our team members.
Requirements
  • 3 months previous care experience
