Opus People Solutions is currently in search of a Lead Care Coordinator.

Are you dedicated to delivering outstanding support and care for individuals with learning disabilities? Do you possess strong leadership abilities and a commitment to fostering positive change?

In the role of Lead Care Coordinator, you will take charge of guiding and assisting a team to provide exceptional care and support for adults with learning disabilities. Your schedule will involve working half of your time on a rota basis and the other half off, ensuring that all service users receive personalized care tailored to their unique needs, while promoting their independence and community engagement.

This position offers a remarkable opportunity for career advancement, with support from your employer to achieve your RQF Level 5 in social care management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of support staff to deliver exemplary care.
  • Design and execute individualized care plans that address the specific needs and aspirations of each service user.
  • Manage daily operations, including staff scheduling, rotas, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure the maintenance of high standards of care and support.
  • Assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the service in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • RQF Level 3 Award in Health & Social Care or a comparable qualification.
