This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of critical care and surgical physiotherapy services at QEQM Hospital. As a Senior Physiotherapy Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, high-quality advice, and support to the multidisciplinary team.

Key Duties
  • Lead, develop, and evaluate critical care and surgical physiotherapy services
  • Provide therapeutic clinical expertise and high-quality advice to the multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement clinical standards and protocols
  • Contribute to clinical governance targets, including audit, research, and risk management
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist with a strong clinical background in critical care and surgery. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years post-graduate experience in a relevant clinical area
  • Proven record of providing high-quality intervention
  • Clinical educator experience
  • Participation in clinical audit
  • Evidence of clinical supervision
  • Participation in service development/quality improvement initiatives
