Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the development of our critical care and surgical physiotherapy services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in physiotherapy, with experience in critical care and surgery. They will be responsible for leading, developing, and evaluating our physiotherapy services, providing clinical expertise, and supporting the multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of critical care and surgical physiotherapy services
  • Provide clinical expertise and support to the multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and evaluate physiotherapy services
  • Collaborate with other clinical specialists to provide a high-quality service
About the Role

Person Specification
  • 5 years post-graduate experience in relevant clinical area
  • Proven record of providing high-quality intervention
  • Clinical educator experience
  • Participation in clinical audit
  • Evidence of clinical supervision
  • Participation in service development/quality improvement initiatives
