Key Duties
  • Lead, develop, and evaluate critical care and surgical Physiotherapy services
  • Provide clinical supervision, appraisal, and teaching
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaborative working with other clinical specialists
  • Ensure clinical governance targets are met, including the development of clinical standards and protocols
Person Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist with a strong clinical background in critical care and surgery. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5 years post-graduate experience in a relevant clinical area
  • A proven record of providing high-quality intervention
  • Clinical educator experience
  • Participation in clinical audit
  • Evidence of clinical supervision
  • Participation in service development/quality improvement initiatives
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
  • Lead a Clinical audit
  • Competent presentation skills
