We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to lead the development of our critical care and surgical physiotherapy services at QEQM hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise, advice, and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and evaluation of critical care and surgical physiotherapy services
  • Provide clinical supervision, appraisal, and teaching to junior staff
  • Collaborate with other clinical specialists to ensure a high-quality, efficient service
  • Develop and implement clinical standards and protocols to ensure best practice
  • Contribute to audit, research, and clinical risk management initiatives
