Job Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Administrator to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will provide administrative support to our Sales and Marketing team, ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Processing: Accurately process customer orders and purchase orders, from order to remittance, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Stock Management: Manage our device inventory, liaising with our manufacturing department to ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Marketing Support: Assist the marketing team in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and social media content.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, email management, and report generation.
Requirements:
  • Highly Proficient in MS Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, customers, and colleagues.
  • Organizational Skills: Superior organizational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Sage Experience: Experience with Sage software is preferred, but not required.
