Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our Sales & Marketing team in Wetherby.

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator, you will be responsible for handling client communications, managing customer databases, and coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle client calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Process customer order requests and maintain accurate customer database records
  • Raise invoices and credit notes as required
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels
  • Oversee stock maintenance, including import/export and stock level reporting
  • Organize travel and accommodation for UK and international events
  • Manage exhibitions, including booking venues and transporting materials
  • Provide ad-hoc marketing support, including proofreading
  • Handle general office tasks, such as minute-taking, database management, diary management, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate with site contacts and engineers regarding the maintenance of medical devices and other company equipment
Requirements
  • Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
