Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at The Recruitment Experts. As a Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of lettings professionals and driving results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the lettings team, ensuring they perform at their best and continue to develop their skills.
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the property portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained, fully let, and meeting occupancy targets.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse local rental market trends to guide business strategies and advise clients effectively.
  • Compliance: Ensure all properties meet relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on lettings performance to senior management.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the lettings process.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and work towards achieving lettings targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in lettings management or a senior lettings role.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of the local rental market is a plus.
  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
