We are seeking a seasoned Lettings Manager to spearhead our dynamic lettings team at The Recruitment Experts. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a high-performing team, overseeing the rental portfolio, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the lettings team, ensuring they perform at their best and continue to develop their skills.
- Rental Portfolio Management: Oversee the rental portfolio, ensuring properties are well-maintained, fully let, and meeting occupancy targets.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, delivering exceptional customer service at every stage.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse local rental market trends to guide business strategies and advise clients effectively.
- Compliance: Ensure all properties meet relevant legislation and health and safety regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on lettings performance to senior management.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the lettings process.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and work towards achieving lettings targets and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lettings management or a senior lettings role.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the local rental market is a plus.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
