Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at GCB Recruitment. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving the business forward by delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of rental properties, ensuring timely viewings and negotiations with landlords and tenants.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice on property valuations and market trends.
  • Conduct thorough property valuations, using market knowledge to determine optimal rental prices.
  • Organize and attend viewings, negotiating lets between landlords and tenants.
  • Update clients on marketing progress, ensuring they are fully informed throughout the process.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations and the principles of the Data Protection Act.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in lettings, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market, with the ability to provide expert advice.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A clean driving license and ability to travel to viewings.
