Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our award-winning team at Crux Careers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for undertaking rental valuations, negotiating with landlords, and coordinating property viewings with prospective tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure instructions to market.
  • Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants.
  • Liaise with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent.
  • Negotiate terms between the landlord and tenants.
Requirements:
  • Previous industry experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years.
  • Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach.
  • IT proficient, with familiarity with MS Office packages and ability to learn bespoke 'in-house' software packages.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • A strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
