Role Overview:
This internship is situated within our Continuous Improvement (CI) Department, which collaborates across various sectors to evaluate operational processes and implement enhancements for business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
As a CI Intern, you will:

  • Gain insights into quality assurance, data evaluation, and overall business operations.
  • Engage with diverse departments and interact with personnel at all organizational levels.
  • Receive training in Kaizen methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This internship is tailored for graduates or those with an HND equivalent, eager to acquire practical business experience. Candidates should ideally possess:

  • A confident demeanor and effective communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • A commitment to meeting deadlines.

Work Schedule:
The typical working hours for this position are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM on Fridays, with a requirement for flexibility in shift patterns.

Compensation Package:
The role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum, along with benefits such as a contributory pension scheme and a retailer discount program.
