Regional Investigations and Continuous Improvement

The Regional Investigations and Continuous Investigations Officer will be responsible for completion and review of investigations for the North-West Region.
You will undertake a wide range of investigations in accordance with NHSE SUI frameworks, using a range of recognised investigation tools.
You will use a range of skills to investigate serious incidents and have an understanding current regulatory requirement
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Providing advice and support in relation to investigations as well as support in emergency situations.
- You will be required to establish relationships which will provide the basis for in depth robust investigations to take place, building a culture of openness and candour and no blame.
- To maintain a programme of visits to each Elysium Healthcare North unit to review, support and advise on investigations.

**To be successful for this role you'll need**:
- A valid UK driving license is essential for the role.
- Experience of discussing issues with, and presenting findings to, senior management teams.
- Strong report writing skills with the ability to present information and recommendations in a clear and logical way.
- Evidence of having implemented practices which have resulted in positive outcomes for people with a mental illness, including mental health, personality disorder, brain injury, learning disability and co-morbidity presentations.
