Concierge Opportunity at PMR

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced concierge to join our team at a luxury development in North Central London.

The successful candidate will work a 4-day on, 4-day off shift pattern with hours from 7am to 7pm.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to all residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Professional Greeting: Greet residents professionally and courteously, setting the tone for a positive experience.
  • Anticipate Resident Needs: Proactively identify and address resident needs, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements.
  • Engage with Residents and Guests: Foster strong relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and inclusive environment.
  • Ambassador for PMR: Represent PMR with professionalism and integrity, embodying the company's values and standards.
  • Multi-Tasking and Prioritization: Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and execute them in a high-pressure environment, ensuring timely completion.
  • Security and Safety: Verify visitors, suppliers, and contractors, maintaining a secure and safe environment for all residents.
  • Building Maintenance: Conduct regular building checks, log/report maintenance requirements, and adhere to health and safety procedures.
  • Incident Reporting: Report incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager in a timely manner, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Guest and Resident Support: Address guest/resident concerns or complaints, providing follow-up in person or in writing.
  • Operational Reporting: Complete operational reports, handovers, and report any operational issues, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Move-In/Move-Out Support: Assist with move-in and move-out processes, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in residential or 5-star hotel environments.
  • Reliability and Timekeeping: Demonstrate reliability and strong timekeeping skills, ensuring punctuality and attendance.
  • Immaculate Presentation: Maintain impeccable presentation, reflecting positively on PMR and the luxury development.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, addressing challenges and finding solutions in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate must be able to provide excellent references and be willing to undergo full vetting checks.
