Your primary responsibility will be to uphold the cleanliness and infection control standards within office spaces, welfare areas, conference rooms, and meeting venues.

Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Implementing a systematic and organized cleaning regimen that is efficient and meticulous.
  • Exhibiting the capability to work autonomously while also leading a team.
  • Possessing strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in numeracy and literacy.
  • Exhibiting physical stamina, including the ability to stand for extended periods and perform lifting, reaching, and bending tasks.
  • Being adaptable to change and open to new processes and ideas.
  • Delivering high-quality work while being able to work independently.
  • Understanding the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) regulations relevant to the role.
  • Having a British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICs) Licence to Practice or relevant BICs training is advantageous.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to the core values of Johnsons 1871.
  • Participating fully in training sessions.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities aligned with your capabilities as needed.
  • Responding to reasonable management requests and collaborating with colleagues to foster a flexible working environment aimed at achieving common goals.
