Role Purpose
Join our proactive Training Support team, a crucial component of our commitment to training excellence. We focus on continuous improvement and innovation, ensuring that our Cabin Crew and Pilots receive top-tier training. We are in search of a dedicated individual to play a key role in our Training Support operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee crew expiries, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Manage crew certifications to support daily operational needs.
- Facilitate effective training programs through comprehensive data analysis.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze training outcomes and manage expiries for both pilots and cabin crew.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will be process-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and excel in a dynamic environment. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly AIMS, Excel, and EFOS, is required. While auditing experience is advantageous, a solid understanding of compliance in regulated settings is preferred. Experience in Cabin Crew or Crew Training is beneficial, given the regulatory context.
