About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Training Support team as a Crew Expiries Coordinator. This is a full-time position based at Gatwick Airport, with a 40-hour workweek and flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage crew certifications for daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse training failures and provide crucial support to ensure the smooth functioning of our training operations.
  • Collaborate with our teams in Gatwick and Milan to oversee crew expiries and facilitate effective training programs.
  • Maintain meticulous records and manage compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements
  • Process-driven with exceptional communication skills.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with analytical abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of systems like AIMS, Excel, and EFOS considered beneficial.
  • A background in Cabin Crew or Crew Training is beneficial, particularly considering the regulatory requirements involved.
