Crew Planning Role at VistaJet

VistaJet, a global business aviation company, is seeking a skilled Crew Planning Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will be based in Malta and will undergo training before transitioning to remote work.

The Crew Planning Coordinator will assist the Director of Crew Planning & Scheduling in optimizing the crew planning and analysis process. Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and managing crew rosters;
  • Planning recurrent training on company fleets;
  • Coordinating line training and ALCs, and recording on the training summary database;
  • Responding to crew requests for vacation or other time off;
  • Tracking '94 days-off in a year' periods;
  • Cross-checking recurrent expiries each month;
  • Planning and scheduling crews for company strategy events;
  • Scheduling training on aircraft.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Crew Planner with a strong commitment to customer service, even in high-pressure situations. They should be highly determined, a quick learner, and able to approach problems in a lateral manner. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Office and other data processing applications. Experience with 'Acrobatico' or other Crew Planning Software is highly beneficial, as is a working knowledge of EU-OPS Subpart Q.
