About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Training Support team as a Crew Expiries Coordinator. In this fast-paced and stimulating environment, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance and regulatory adherence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage crew certifications for daily operations
  • Facilitate effective training programs through data analysis
  • Maintain meticulous records and manage compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with regulators and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • Process-driven with exceptional communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in IT with knowledge of systems like AIMS, Excel, and EFOS
  • Background in Cabin Crew or Crew Training beneficial
