About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Training Support team as a Crew Expiries Coordinator. This is a full-time position based at Gatwick Airport, with a 40-hour workweek and three days spent in the office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage crew certifications for daily operations to ensure compliance and regulatory adherence.
  • Analyse training failures and provide crucial support to ensure the smooth functioning of our training operations.
  • Oversee crew expiries, maintaining meticulous records and liaising with regulators and internal stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective training programs through data analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Process-driven with exceptional communication skills and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in IT, with knowledge of systems like AIMS, Excel, and EFOS.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a team environment.
  • Background in Cabin Crew or Crew Training is beneficial, particularly considering the regulatory requirements involved.
