About the Role

At Score Group, we are seeking an experienced Emissions Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Emissions team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Emissions Elimination (Leak Detection & Repair) strategy in Europe and Africa.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental regulations and compliance requirements, as well as experience in people management and conflict resolution. You will be responsible for managing the Emissions Profit & Loss account, developing budgets and forecasts, and providing regular reporting to senior leadership on the financial performance of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the Emissions Elimination strategy in alignment with the Score Group objectives.
  • Manage the Emissions Profit & Loss account, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead the Emissions working group, ensuring collaboration with other business units and the technology team.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage the production of marketing collateral and conduct business development to grow the Emissions business across the E&A business unit.
  • Supervise the E&A Emissions team, scheduling activities, and managing customer relationships.
  • Manage all aspects of the team from an HR standpoint, including recruitment, training & competency, KPI attainment, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Desirable - Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, NDE, or related field.
  • Desirable - SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in associated field.
  • Knowledge and experience of the valve and/or LDAR industries.
  • Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the energy sector).
  • Experience in a previous customer-facing role.
  • Experience of the LDAR industry.
