We are seeking an experienced Emissions Service Manager to join our team at Score Group. As a key member of our Emissions team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of Emissions Elimination (Leak Detection & Repair) within the Europe & Africa business unit.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to maximize profitability and expansion into new markets through Emissions services.
- Lead the Europe & Africa Emissions working group, ensuring collaboration with other business units and the technology team.
- Manage the Emissions Profit & Loss account, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the financial performance of the Emissions business.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
- Manage the production of marketing collateral and conduct business development to grow the Emissions business.
- Supervise the E&A Emissions Team, scheduling activities and managing customer relationships.
- Manage all aspects of the team from an HR standpoint, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Continuously improve the LDAR program through best practices and innovative solutions.
- Manage customer relationships, opportunities, and expectations, including quarterly performance meetings.
- Attend industry conferences and events to promote the Emissions LDAR program and network with customers and suppliers.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
- Knowledge and experience of the valve and/or LDAR industries.
- Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in a technical or engineering environment, ideally within the energy sector.
- Excellent general management and organisational skills.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
