About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emissions Service Manager to join our team at Score Group. As a key member of our Emissions team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Emissions Elimination (Leak Detection & Repair) strategy across Europe and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business plans to achieve high-level business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Score Group strategy.
  • Lead the Europe & Africa Emissions working group, ensuring collaboration with other business units and the technology team.
  • Manage the Emissions Profit & Loss account, providing regular financial reporting to senior leadership.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage customer relationships, opportunities, and expectations, including attendance at quarterly performance meetings.
  • Provide technical and commercial support to internal Project Engineers and Score Group business units as required.
Requirements
  • Desirable: Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, NDE, or related field.
  • Desirable: SVQ/NVQ Level 3 in associated field.
  • Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent general management and organisational skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
