About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emissions Service Manager to join our team at Score Group. As a key member of our Emissions team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of Emissions Elimination (Leak Detection & Repair) within the Europe & Africa business unit.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in environmental regulations and compliance requirements, as well as experience in people management and conflict resolution. You will be responsible for setting the EE strategy in alignment with the Group objectives, developing business plans, and managing and delivering supporting action plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Europe & Africa EE working group, ensuring collaboration with other business units and the technology team is maintained at all times.
  • Manage the EE Profit & Loss account, developing budgets, forecasts, and associated commentary.
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership on the financial performance of the business.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage the production of marketing collateral in line with the business strategy and conduct business development to grow the EE business across the E&A business unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, NDE, or related field.
  • Knowledge and experience of the valve and/or LDAR industries.
  • Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in a technical or engineering environment (ideally within the energy sector).
