About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Emissions Service Manager to join our team at Score Group. As a key member of our Emissions team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our Emissions Elimination (Leak Detection & Repair) strategy in Europe and Africa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Manage the production of marketing collateral and conduct business development to grow the Emissions business across the E&A business unit.
  • Provide technical and commercial support for internal Project Engineers and customer focal points.
  • Manage customer relationships, opportunities, and expectations, including attendance at quarterly performance meetings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with digital partners to ensure continuous software development.
  • Manage all aspects of the E&A Emissions Team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Continuously improve the LDAR program through the identification and implementation of best practices and innovative solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, NDE, or related field.
  • Experience in people management and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent general management and organisational skills.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
