Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Branch Manager to join our team in Stevenage. As a Registered Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to individuals with complex needs.
About the Role:- Lead a team of care professionals to deliver person-centered care services
- Develop and implement care plans to meet the needs of individuals
- Conduct care needs assessments and recruit new staff members
- Complete supervisions and appraisals, and ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Manage the service's P&L and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
