Registered Branch Manager

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Branch Manager to lead our team in Stevenage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring that we deliver high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans to meet the needs of our service users
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit and induct new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions and appraisals, and ensure regulatory and legislative requirements are met
  • Manage the service's P&L and ensure effective financial management
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and support
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care management role
  • Willingness to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, and challenging behaviours
