Branch Manager

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Stevenage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of life for the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans.
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Lead a team to deliver positive outcomes for individuals, working alongside local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care management role, with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
