Branch Manager

Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated and passionate Registered Branch Manager to lead our DCA Office in Stevenage. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions and appraisals
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality care and support, and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a care management role, with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of our service users
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health and Social Care
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours
