Branch Manager

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Branch Manager to lead our team in Stevenage/Hertfordshire. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centred support plans.
- Conduct care needs assessments, recruit and induct new colleagues, and complete supervisions/appraisals.
- Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Lead a team to deliver positive outcomes for our service users, working closely with local authorities, healthcare professionals, and families.
- Previous experience in a care management role, with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of our service users.
- Willingness and ability to undertake CQC registration and a Level 5 in Health & Social Care.
- Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
