We're currently recruiting for a Duty Manager role in our London Kingston Upon Thames Premier Inn. As a key member of our hotel team, you'll be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our guests. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll work closely with our leadership and housekeeping teams to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Work collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety
