Duty Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team at Nuffield Health Kingston FWC. As a key member of our club team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our fitness and wellbeing club.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our team and maintain high-quality standards in all areas
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our members
- Conduct tours and sales presentations to prospective new members
- Oversee health and safety and resolve any issues promptly
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and driving business growth
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £12.86, as well as a range of benefits including holiday pay, access to our pension scheme, and discounted gym membership.
