Birchrose Associates is seeking a highly skilled and organized Legal Support Specialist to join their Commercial department in their City office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to Fee Earners, including managing and maintaining their diaries, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Arrange travel arrangements, book meeting rooms, and coordinate logistics for internal and external client meetings.
- Manage Fee Earners' inboxes, monitor and respond to post and emails, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and draft client correspondence, agendas, presentations, and meeting papers.
- Coordinate the billing process and ensure timely and accurate submissions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Legal Secretary/PA role, preferably in a Commercial team within a law firm.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
