About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Business Consultant to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Strategic Accounts Services (SAS) program, you will play a critical role in driving growth and innovation for our Selling Partners.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, or business development, with a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and driving business growth. You will be responsible for working closely with a group of 12-15 Selling Partners, providing strategic support and guidance to help them maximize their potential on the Amazon marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and provide strategic recommendations to maximize Sellers' potential
  • Implement and track metrics to measure the success and quality of Sellers in your portfolio, using data to guide your work and uncover new areas of opportunity
  • Utilize CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to track account information and sales progress
  • Prepare and deliver monthly business reviews to clients, providing actionable insights and recommendations for growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices
  • Manage additional projects related to our Paid Services, including process improvements, tool and content development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
  • Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles
  • Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
  • Experience working with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements
  • Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs, and other systems
  • Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional team environment, chasing down and following up on dependencies, mitigating risks, and escalating when necessary
