We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our esteemed Primary Care division at Star People. The ideal candidate will engage with various levels of the healthcare system, focusing on driving business expansion through the creation and execution of comprehensive strategic account initiatives within their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Formulating strategic customer engagement plans to drive business growth.
- Identifying market opportunities through meticulous business planning and crafting financially viable proposals.
- Creating account strategies for relevant healthcare facilities, Integrated Care Boards, and Primary Care Networks.
- Establishing and nurturing long-term partnerships with key stakeholders to influence formulary and guideline integration at the account level.
- Engaging and managing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across the healthcare landscape in both Primary and Secondary Care.
- Utilizing both digital and in-person interactions, leveraging new technologies and platforms informed by customer insights.
Qualifications:
- ABPI qualified.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities to cultivate meaningful relationships across all levels of the healthcare system.
- Comprehensive understanding of the healthcare environment.
- Proven ability to influence KOLs to foster mutually beneficial agreements.
- Strong commercial insight with a track record of successfully marketing pharmaceutical products.
- Outstanding skills in account management and business strategy development.
- Proficient in MS Office and experienced with database management systems.
